Many of our clients face certain challenges in Mexico that Mexican nationals do not. For those challenges, we provide the following solutions (and more to come in the near future). SLM is an association of members with similar concerns. Associates pay a fee in order to belong. The reason there is a fee associated with the membership is to cover the administrative costs of the service as well as to have a proven link to the association itself through the payment that is made. This allows the association to approach larger institutions and negotiate group rates on behalf of its members. While the main functions of the association are not oriented toward being a social community, there are many tools that will be favorable to those that are interested in community building.

With a high number of members in the association, a very strong alliance is forged that is mutually beneficial to all. There are many sites in Mexico that are dedicated to providing excellent cultural and long-term resident services. A few are mentioned here. Those sites primarily have been developed to be of great service to people living and working in Mexico and provide a wealth of information. We invite you to take a look at these sites and to suggest any others to us that may be useful to our members. We will be including these links in our membership-based site in order to provide further information options to our members.

Our services are oriented toward providing support services for people that often are subjected to paying very high premiums or that do not have access to such rates as they typically do not work for large corporations in Mexico through which such options are available to them. Several of our members do not have many family members here in Mexico. This situation presents them with the particular challenges and legal concerns of feeling somewhat unsupported in the legal and practical sense. We provide the services that fill that need for backup and a sense of security while living in or traveling in Mexico.

We do the homework, analyze the options and provide the results as well as negotiating the discounts for you. You decide which pay-based options are best for you and select the services that best meet your needs. We find the best rates on your behalf and bring the information to you after the options have been researched. This is an ongoing effort and new services are being added on continuous basis.
